How do you know when you have "lost the dressing room?"

When you are 3-0 down to the top of the league team after 20 minutes, showing no desire or determination to dig in.

It's time for decisive action.

You walk into a room and realise it's not the dressing room?

Its a term that is being used more and more in recent seasons.

Seems to be used when the players are not performing, visibly no put the effort in whilst on the pitch and the team have poor results/form. So for me, when you see what we have at them moment, a team that clearly is capable and with good talent there, but they are looking lost, heads down, effort non existent and not looking bothered.

As though the trust they had in the manager/leader has diminished and confidence in the instructions given are low.

Suppose similar with us fans.

It has been a while since we have seen the players go out and try to play the Hyypia way with any conviction. I would say the dressing room started to show doubt post-Brentford.

The way our players carry on at free kicks suggests very clearly to me that there is zero respect for the management. Moreover, a complete lack of pre-planned direction is equally apparent.
........and then after the scuffling and arguing is over, one of them blasts said free kick high into the crowd :(

Lets face it, the passion has gone, the commitment has gone, the heart has gone, tactics seem to have gone aswell (what ever they are). When you play for a manager who does not show his own desire to win, or heart and passion how can he expect his players to give 100%, SH is a faceless, boring manager who has got the personality and appeal of a wet scaffold plank, you need a manager who can show his desire on the touch line (not superglued to the bench) encouraging the team to play together and for each other, and to get the crowd behind the team too.
So in answer to the question, yes you know when you have lost the dressing room, when you have got a bunch of talented, able players who are putting in poor performances, through lack of commitment shown by the man in charge.
