How do you find out the names of landlords

Most specifically the landlord of the Rosehill Tavern. I can't remember his name and it's very important.

The Licensing Department in at Brighton Police Station (not the City Council). Phone them and speak to a woman called Kareem Plympton. She is the Licensing Officer for Brighton & Hove.
