Cut off rind, which gets put into the skillet and melts over a slow heat. Then put rashers on and turn up heat.

Turn off when rashers done to your satisfaction (in my case slightly browned but not crisp)

Inset into buttered bap with HP sauce. Job almost done but a cup of tea completes the project. :thumbsup:

Grill. It's got to be back bacon for me, others might say streaky...I'm sure there is a difference for cooking purposes

I can't get back bacon here so just getting into making my own smoked and unsmoked bacon. Experimenting with different wood types now.
I have an air fryer but prefer pan cooked to get it just before crispy.
