I noticed theres a few regulars on here at 2.50am, was just wondering why your all up so early ? (or late to bed !!) myself, i cant sleep, but i have a day off work tomorrow so it doesnt really matter

Get up early to get in by 06:30/06:45 - get more work done on my own, and it gets me out of the house and out from under everyone else's feet. Plus it's nice cycling really early in the morning.

Because I have been working already! NSC is not the first thing I do when I get in, I admit.....

Onto my third cup of tea of the day, clearing some of the pointless emails that find their way into my inbox, and watching the rain come down. Smiling, because I got into work dry while the rest of the cyclists are getting piss-wet through before they start work!
