because if they never wore the black one, fans might think it was obsolete and stop buying it.

3 kits in use= 3 opportunities for hapless supporters with bottomless pockets to keep shelling out!

They will continue to wear it occasionally to justify having it in the shop.

Couldn't agree more!

It never fails to make me laugh when people complain about being ripped off with the cost of football shirts. If you don't like the prices, don't buy them!

Or they say "but what about our kids, they want to be seen in the latest fashions", to which my response is "well do you buy the little sods everything else they ask for? Ever heard of saying no to the spoilt brats?"

This is especially applies when the kids ask for Man United, Arsenal and Chelsea shirts. A child desiring an Albion shirt should be encouraged of course.
