How can I stop calls from Indian call centres

They are really starting to f***ing piss me off now. This is about the 6th call asking if I want a a free 3G mobile phone grrrrrrrrrrrrr why dont they shove up their arse.

I know its not the peoples fault who work there its the greedy bastards in this country getting cheap labour out these poor bastards thats what annoys me.

I wish the goverment would fine these mother fucker companies

there is a site somewhere that you sign up to and it stops cold callers.


the only ones we now get are onve in a while we get the american holiday ones, but as soon as you hear the double click of the line put your phone down...they soon stop

Sign up here. Stops telemarketing calls after about a month. The good news is also that it is then unlawful for companies to cold call you. If they do, you can shit them up by telling them you are signed up and will be reporting them. Great Fun.

I now get 1 or 2 calls a year not one or two a week.

I leave the answerphone all the time.

If there's no message, it was a call centre.

If there's a voice saying: "Oi, pick up the f***ing phone you lazy c**t!" then I know it's for me.

Did for me. I've gone from about six calls a day to none whatsoever from cold callers, regardless of where they're from, since I signed up to this.

TPS stopped everything for me, but not that bloody mobile phone company in India

I'm thinking of seeing if I can get incomming calls from India specifically blocked on my line, but it's probably not possible.

You have to verify the email and then wait 28 days before it takes effect. If you tell them before that and you aren't registered, they get stroppy. They annoy me and then they get stroppy.

I'm waiting for them to phone now so I can DO them!

Be prepared that is they phone and you say you have registered with the TPS - a lot will just HANG UP. Annoyed the out of me when it first happened.
