Absolutely.

No point in giving him time to develop. Knee jerk reactions are always the best ones.

In fact for all future players we bring in they should be given 15 minutes on the pitch, and if they don't score they are subbed off and immediately sold.

I believe he has the ability to finish many chances and just needs more match practise. Once one goes in I'm sure many will follow! Rather him than Barnes all day long

He's more of a winger who cuts inside rather than an out and out striker. At least with Bristol Rovers. Still, he's got some balls to be trying overhead kicks and flicking balls up in the air to volley.

His finishing was abysmal but the rest of his game was good. If he had taken those golden chances in the first half it could have been one of the performances of the season.

Tailed off in the second half though as fatigue set in and confidence dropped

I think he played the left wing role better than Barnes. Technically he looks good apart from the finishing. I'd rather have him playing LW than Barnes.

Has good feet and can run at players, I'd give him a run, it's not like we have quality strikers lining up behind him. FFS give the guy a few games before we get on his back

I was deeply impressed on many occasions at his confidence, audacity & vision whilst on the ball and i was very surprised at his lack of finishing.

The ball or two were quality.

i expected a lot more from Dave.

I see a three plan, last year fix the midfield and control the game, get off the back foot.
This year fix the defence stop conceding.
Next year fix the finishing, make sure we can score our of the dominance.

I get the impression from watching that players have not been praised for risking possession to take chances on through balls. I think more recently they've had not freedom, which is why nite long balls have emerged;
today that did not work so well with a two shorties up front the back came back a lot from clearances.
