First time I've ever watched a home game on the telly. Finding it all rather weird

Anyone else watching a home game on telly for the first time today?

I'm rather looking forward to it actually. Only ever seen the Amex on TV in highlights previously. Will be interesting to see if it looks how it feels

This. Really grates on me when people say they have the flu when it's more comparable to the sniffles.

I find it weird as mine and my sons season tickets are in the East Stand and feels odd viewing the game in the opposite direction, I know it shouldn't make any difference but some doesn't feel right mentally.

I said "man-flu", not flu. And believe me, for me to miss a home game, I've got to be feeling pretty bloody shit.

First time for me as well. Really enjoyed it (the result obviously helping). Watched with my three month old son, and it was definitely preferable to be in my front room when he puked up after the first goal. No substitute for the real thing, though.
