HMV have SENT Tom Hark

Not sure if this has been posted by someone else but I've got an e-mail from HMV this morning saying they've sent my copy of Tom Hark

2x Sent aswell, my guess is they post today (for som ungodly ashite reason) so it has time to get through the Xmas/After-Xmas post and arrive to use before the Sunday of its release. Why they just could'nt send them next week is beyond me!

I have just checked the Radio one site and the next official chart show is Sunday 26th! I hope these are not counting towards that week!

As an uneducated observer, would these not count as Pre-Sales, meaning that you have a running total / start at the release date?

Perhaps HMV have taken into account the delay in the post due to Xmas, they have probably estimated the delivery time to make sure they reach us as near to the 3rd Jan as possible, so to say they are now being despatched is not unreasonable to think that they should be with us on or as near to the 3rd Jan!

No cause for alarm apparently, someone has rung the HMV press office and confirmed that all sales will count after release date regardless of when they're sent out.
