i am JOnathan livingston seagull

i am a seagulls fan of 26 years. by this i mean i am that old, specifically, rather than i am a fan of 26 years standing.
for instance i could not stand till i was at least one year old.

just wanted to say hi and introduce myself and say a bit about myself.

i used to play for junior seagulls (now called the seagulls club i believe...) and have happy memories of a training sesh with rod ...thomas was it? and richie barker. i scored a goal and rod was all shaking my hand and shiznit with a manic look on his face! top player, top fella.

my first ever match was brighton vs crawley and i predicted a 4-0 victory for the albion which my bro (the family DIE HARD) rubbished, but then came true. yays!

i was there when the goldstone came down and got injured in one of the preceding riots (i was 12) and nearly cried a bit - a lesson not to stand in front of the skinheads as they start a chorus of LETS GO f***ing MENTAL, LALALALA
