away fans allocation at villa park is normally in two stages - lower tier (2300) and upper tier (3000) so max 5300 - should be no problem and the match won't sell out so would be massively surprised if there weren't tickets available on the day

All season ticket holders guaranteed a ticket assuming we get our 15%. The rest of you can scrap over the remaining few:thumbsup:

In the cup the away team gets the upper tier of the north stand (behind the goal which holds around 5k) and if that gets sold out then they also get a section of the upper doug ellis stand (where away fans normally are) which will be aroind 1500. I saw villa at home to cardiff in the league cup earlier this season and thats what they got. Also the same with blackburn in the league cup in a couple of weeks. Expect around 6500 tickets for us

I can't wait!

Nowhere near as close to the front of the queue as for the Tottenham and West Ham games having given up my season ticket, but I'm sure I'll be there one way or another.

Just declaring my interest as a STH and will sit back and laugh at all those who think the club should change the rules just to accomodate them. Happens everytime.

I was at the 4-0 defeat at home to Walton in the cup during the power strikes of the early seventies so I had better f***ing get one.
