Quite clearly Knight is fantastic and hopefully he'll sign permanently by Thursday.

However, we may as well send Henderson back now. He's Zamora in stature minus touch, pace and ability.

We ought to start looking for a second striker now. I would agree McPhee is better, but we need another option.

He lost the ball more times than I can remember. I think Pardew has sent him here to sabotage our team! ;)

Henderson got better as the match progressed. I think he did OK. I'm sure Coppell is pleased with his contribution so far. Now is not the right time for negativity.

He was distinctly average tonight (notwithstanding the pass that led to the second goal) and won f**k all in the air. His general positioning was also crap. Other than that, he had a good game!

He's here to get match fit. He's only played one game this season. Not even 90 minutes before today. He was very good at Oldham. I fear some fans who didn't go to Oldham will jump on his back and say he's :censored:. Not true, give him a chance.

Reminded me of Webb at first but got better as the game went.

He will go at the end of the loan then the beach boy (Wilson-Dennis) takes over.

I agree with those who say he improved as the match wore on. However, he has a bit to learn. Quite rightly, Knight had a right go when he went to the goal line, under pressure, he was only ever going to get the ball back to the near post and Henderson needed to make that near post run early as soon as he could see what was happening.

Havent spoken to Simon this week, but heard the Knight interview on SCR and he was saying him and his agent hope to have something permanent sorted by "the middle of the week".

Lets hope so!
