Listen, that's deliberate for me, Clive. He'd had "afters" a few minutes earlier, with a tackle/push by the touchline he didn't take kindly to. I think he's gone and left something on him as a receipt. 3 game ban I expect. Shame for the lad, was a top, top performance today.

The Sun are bigging it up, as usual, making it seem deliberate.
I have watched the replay several times and in slow motion.
Hemed's eyes never leave the ball, the momentum was moving him through and with his feet so close together he had to put one down to stop falling over.
You can see that the foot and the other blokes leg were always in motion and he could have just as well missed it all together.
If it were deliberate then I think his eyes would have to be on the leg so that he didn't miss the target.
Accidental all day long and obviously didn't put all his weight on it, as the bloke could still play on.
Storm in a tea cup.

Richard Keys is a knob, no surprise there.
It's funny how the ex players say it was accidental and the non players say it wasn't.

Compare that to Joey Barton on Kayal and there's absolutely no case to answer. Be interesting to hear Barton's view on talksport about it.
