[Football] Help !!!!! Tickets

Im trying to book x 2 tickets for semi final. I can do so today as Bronze member with 91 points. Trying to add a ticket for a family member won my friends and family ( not purchase history ) and allocated them both in my name but wont accept. Anyone know why ?

I was trying to help, but realised I hadn't properly read the question. Then i couldn't figure out how to delete the post so just edited it

It wouldn’t do it for me yesterday buying an extra ticket but realised it was in the family area so you had to buy a junior ticket as well , couldn’t buy a singular adult ticket.
Phoned the club and they sorted it.

Well that's the weird thing I wasn't doing anything wrong. Kept assigning the second ticket to myself ( as advised) and it would not process. Eventually after about 10 attempts it did thankfully.
