I actually thought it was positive that being booked for dissent was something to be fined for. Most clubs seem to promote dissent as a way of putting pressure on the referee.

Never seen a list like this without fines for being late so I imagine most managers have something against it.

If there were fines like this where I work, I'd have to apply for voluntary insolvency if I was 5 minutes late for a meeting.
