I have a small excel spreadsheet that I need to put into a post. I see it has been done in other posts. Can anyone explain to me how to do it?

Never done it but....
....you should be able to attach a spreadsheet after you have uploaded the file.
It could be, however, that what you have seen before is actually a table.
Not 100% sure, as I say so why not try attaching a spreadsheet and seeing how it is rendered?

Think you need to take a screenshot and then attach the image. If you have Windows 7 you can use the Snipping tool to capture a specific area of the screen, otherwise you can download an app like ScreenHunter.

I did it once. From memory I think NSC didn't provide an option for me to upload an Excel file, but did allow me to upload a word file. I therefore copied and pasted the excel sheet into word and then uploaded it.
You can also save interactive excel sheets into webpages and then provide link, but this is all a bit more complicated so I'd go for the above.
