A big hello to you all.
I'm new to this Albion NS Chat business although a long time Albion fan so just wanted to say HI! Been reading all the posts without joining in for a long time but now I feel ready to contribute.
So a few viewpoints to kicks things off:-
1. Generally I think re-signing ex players is a retrograde step both from Club and players point of views. So no Virgo please and certainly no Currie (bit to old perhaps). However more than happy to be proved completely wrong.
2. I think Wilkins was extremely hard done by but I am excited by the return of Adams so mixed feelings really. I realise Adams is in a way a re-signing but somehow feels different with a manager.
3. I think Dick Knight is a legend and although he may sometimes appear heavy-handed in his handling of some situations, generally I think he always has club's best interests at heart. Considering the financial constraints of the club he and the rest of the board have taken us fans on a fantastic rollercoaster of a ride over the last few years, when we could so easily have just stagnated in Leagues 1/2. Long may the ride continue.
