Oh dear, HB&B has published the answers to the quiz he sent to the candidates and one of the answers is wrong.

Hope the research on the others is a bit better

3 What used to occupy the building that's now the Big Yellow Storage warehouse

You said Dentsply, but that was the building on the other side of the road. The BYS building used to be SETyres tyre warehouse. I know this because I worked there.

No the question was which company occupied both sides of Coombe Road?.........I think.

Who was there before setyres, Dentsply or maybe Allen West I think.

Allen West had the building just along the road - the one that's now Mithras House. I remember the chimney outside.

That's where my old man worked for 20 years.

I went in that building when it was Setyres and it blew my mind.

As you went through the main building it was dark, cold, messy and if I remember rightly the lift shaft was full of litter.

But then you went up a flight of stairs or two and through a door into some bright, nicely decorated offices. It really was two extremes.

Either that or I dreamt it.

I don't remember any nicely decorated offices but the lift shaft was full of litter.

The best thing about working there was that there was frantic activity in the morning, loading tyres on to vans and frantic activity at the end of the day but sod-all to do the rest of the time. We used to have great games of football along the length of the warehouse using the stacks of tyres like walls on 5-a-side pitch

Are people voting in some sort of PARISH COUNCIL election then?

How about asking the candidates questions about the future of pension schemes?

It was supposed to be a little light relief not Question time. By the time you reach 65 you'll get one definitely. Me perhaps not. Perhaps topping up a private or civil service pension is the answer.

No, no. You misunderstand.

Not getting 20/20 in Tiddles' fatally flawed quizette gives him another needless reason to have a meaningless pop at our next MP, whoever she might be.

No no Lukewarm you misunderstand. I'll be fully behind the delectable Charlotte Vere. I may even have a good word to say about Nancy Platts as I like her enthusiasm but not her political stance. The other 3? Well 'you might as well go home'

I have informed Dr Caroline Lucas MEP her score is amended to 14 and half out of 20. She is overwhelmed and said your recycling will now get collected every Monday.
