Slept in until 10.30  Went to the Gym and then fell asleep on the beach, leaving me slightly burnt. Forgot to take my wallet with me, so I trecked 3 miles up to the folks' house to pick up some stuff.

Now I am having a glass of Red wine and coke. Odd combination you might say, but surprisingly nice! Good old Spaniards

Mrs Coach

School shoe shopping in Clarks. £96 for three pairs of black leather shoes. No wonder the last ones were practically FALLING to pieces before I've got new ones!
Then the little Coach's chose a game each rather than choccie eggs for Easter. Tiny Coach 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' for PS2, Lil' Coach Pro Ev for the PSP and Princess Coach 'Animal Centre in Africa' for her DS thingie.

Big big Cadburys egg for me - dont do this technology thing - oh and Elvis' 30 no 1 hits cd.

Then a nice big box of KFC followed by hometime and an afternoon nap.!

Hither (sometimes Thither)
i might grab about 42 minutes sleep now before awaking for a whole night's tv. i do love tv, and the surprises shit channels like C5 US offer some nights. Like yesterday with a late showing of Pulse. Will keep a close eye on 70s pleasers that ITV4 might throw on too.
Not a terrible day. But not exactly a stormer either. Sometimes the best day of all is one forgotten.

Went to Tilgate Park with wife and my two tired ratty kids. Lovely weather though. Looked enviously at younger people enjoying cold beers. Got home and cracked open a glorious can of Tesco's lager !!. Kids now gone to bed so feet up:drink:

Which Gym do you go to, Les? I have just signed up with Riptide on the seafront. Small, but good.

The very same. I wondered that when I saw your post. Been going there for about 5 months.

Are you the nameless guy who likes to soap me up after a hard workout?
