To ban clubs from changing managers during certain times in the season (similar to the player transfer window)?

At the foot of the downs
Thats a very good point, but it should be made to poaching managers, out of contract managers should still be allowed to come and go. I feel a letter to the FA coming on !!

That's the frigging problem-football gets treated as if it is a normal business with normal business ethics and values. It isn't and should be exempt from EU legislation.

Then you would also be unable to sack them. It works both ways surely. So we would have been stuck with Hinch last season.

Now suppose I was stuck in a horrid job in Reading and I wanted to live in a nice place by the sea, I would not want EU legislation stopping me doing so.
