He's a very good young player and better than both Knockaert and March in my opinion. 3 goals and maybe a dozen assists between them in the Premier League last season isn't good enough, ultimately. We would need to move on a winger though.

18 goals last season in 49 matches for Derby (on loan). Not bad at 22 years old. Just signed new 5 yr deal at Liverpool a year ago. Played winger for Derby and midfield for Wales.
