What level of MORON would you have to be to choose the week BEFORE the clocks go forward, for this initiative?
Literally the last week when people's 5.30 / 6pm ride home will be in the dark.

I cover the whole of the south of England and Wales in my duties. If you think I'm cycling you're mad.
I drive over 800 miles in an average week.
Doesn't this woman know 'No Cycling is allowed on the promenade' also not wearing a safety helmet, and only dark coloured clothing so won't be seen in the dark.

I'd imagine that the thought process behind the ad is to illustrate that even somebody who is likely very conscious of their appearance - of what looks good on them - STILL understands that the safety benefits of the helmet outweigh such considerations.
I'm aiming to start next week when it will be light both ends of the working day. 17ish miles and lucky to have a shower 20m from my desk.
