I assume it was something about getting Junior Lewis on the ball at any opportunity.

I did the same thing once tbh. Must mean he is a man of great taste.

In the last Championship Manager to feature the old Wimbledon, they had debts you had to pay off for about 20 years and very few would join the club. But Junior came and made ten great seasons as one of my central midfielders and scored a decent 10 goals per season.

Also forgot to mention that in terms of encounters with Brighton managers I have:

- seen Chris Hughton drive by in a nice new jam jar
- walked past Potter on Hove seafront
- listened to Mullers in an Amex lounge

BUT

- I have had a wee next to Mickey in the Nelson.

(and also spoken to him after a charity cricket match in Henfield where he proved to be a top bloke, but it's not as good as the wee wee story)

Micky - a great Albion hero. Happy birthday Micky :) 20 years ago - the Centenary Cricket match at Henfield - The Adams trophy winners :)

Freddie Goodwin died only 5 years ago, aged 82.

Back to the original post, I recall getting some hospitality in the portacabin at Withdean, possibly with Bozza on some Scars and Stripes outing, and MA's phone rang. The ring tone was 'When the Saints go marching in'. My, how we all laughed.
