I think you'll find its from a German comedy program and not at an actual game, re-watching it the shots from slightly above show its not at a live venue. They would've stoof infront of a Blue Screen to get the "crowd behind" and the shots of the crowd laughing are more than likely taken from when a Streater was on the pitch.
