Albion legend Steve Gritt is the half-time guest this evening.

I'm sure he will receive a rapturous welcome.

I will gladly forgo a half time pint to cheer that man.

Lets hope others join you - the number of people obsessed with having to eat and drink at half time never ceases to amaze me. They then moan about the queues and service before retuning to their addictive ritual at ther next game.

I will do my very best to hold in my pre-match Harveys for another 45 minutes so as not to miss the great man while I jockey for position at the urunals.

I hope you all give him the reception he so richly deserves. What an absolute legend he is. He doesn't have a legend banner thing outside the ground, does he? He should(if he doesn't).

Excellent. I was hoping we'd see him at some point this season. I for one will be cheering louder than I have for any stadium guest to date. A true hero

He is a true hero
I remember when he took over and it was his first match at the Goldstone. Someone wrote something unfavourable about his appointment on the wall outside the ground. Cant recall exactly what it siad but thank god the author was proved to be wrong.

Too right. Given how shite and adrift we were that season, it was a miracle escape. Hereford hero, take a bow.
