Frustrated at so many injuries to key players who could make such a difference. Not Gus's fault. Frustrated at being too one dimensional at times and not being flexible to adapt our game to suit the players who are fit enough to play. I think we have lost points this season by not adapting our style or formation to combat the opposition. This is Gus's fault. If everyone was fit, we have a squad more than capable of a halfway finish. Disappointed with our discipline and lack of it, not helped by Tanno's antics when he plays, should be leading by example. Still happy with how far we have come and still believe the second half of the season will see an improvement. A couple of new editions in January would be nice.

Yes very happy. 10th in one of the most competitive divisions in Europe, playing to full crowds at a decent stadium, atmosphere on 2 and sometime 3 sides of the ground, multi million pound signings, the desire to get the ball down and pass or dribble it, nice pies, Harveys in the ground, talking points every game, more signings to come and Vicente and Hoskins to come back from injury. That very long sentence simply doesn't read like it's describing the Brighton side I've followed for 33 odd years. Anyone voting no should be frog marched to Gillingham in February. And left there.

The top two from the year before were doing better at this stage, pboro are only 1 point behind us having lost players & Saints are top have scored twice as many as us, having spent less. We are underperforming

The Southampton comparison is unrealistic with the squad they had last season they massively under performed. Don't forget they had a £1m striker in league 1.

Since lifting the title we lost our top goalscorer and player of the season. This season we have been ravaged by injuries and suspensions and if them up the road lost lambert or lallana they would struggle.

This season was always going to be about consolidation and whilst frustrating at times we have come a lot further than it seems

Happy with where we are in the table but not with the way we are playing and Gus' tactics and temperament. And we are looking increasingly one-dimensional and easy to read, which is particularly worrying. Losses against Coventry and Saints will probably see Gus' position called into question in some quarters - and in my view, rightly so.
