Half marathon times

Well done everyone, did look like very good running conditions yesterday.

Fingers crossed its the same for me, when I do Tunbridge Wells HM next Sunday.

My daughter, Hayley Teehan, ran on Sunday as did her husband, Mark Teehan, as did a friend of theirs called Becky,as did my son, Adrian and his girlfriend, Helen and my son in law, Stuart Church.

All came in with times under 2 hrs and Stuart Church did it in 1 hr 26 mins !

I was there in a spectator capacity with my daughter Jackie and grand daughter, Katie
( Stu is the husband and dad ) and Bill who is Becky's husband.

Quite a gathering and a good day to watch it as well as run it ! All went and had lunch in the Half Moon in Plumpton afterwards.

Do you mean this April? If so, I presume you've already got a place. Didn't it sell out last May?

After doing the first three Brighton Marathons, I had intended to do the half this year. However, I didn't ever get motivated to enter or train! Definitely a target for next year, though.

Well done to all who ran yesterday. Looks like some good times were achieved. I'm sure you're all glad it wasn't the previous Sunday!

Thanks! I ran 20 miles in that god awful weather the Sunday before. I'm sure it helped me achieve my PB yesterday.

Do it. I find the hardest part of going for a run is getting the running gear on and stepping out the front door. I never regret going for a run once I'm home again.
