thats NOTHING, i was in sainsburys today and an old lady keeled over and DIED.

which was a bit of a shame as she had only just purchased a 'bag for life'

Dammit, I had exactly that happen to me in the Haywards Heath branch of Sainsbury's about six months ago.

I wish I'd thought of that response at the time (though to be fair, I was mainly concerned with explaining to the nice police officer who turned up how it was entirely accidental that she smacked her head on my trolley on the way down...).
