Seeing as I seem to have inadvertently spread the news about our larger than life centre half nationwide, inevitably resulting in merciless p1ss taking from opposition fans all next season, I have declared this week to be Butters Appreciation Week.

Actually, Lets face it, he is going to try and earn as much as he can, and rather like most players, are not supporters. He seemed like a really nice bloke to me.

If and when he steps out in the stripes this season, he will get the loudest cheer from me. Lets accept he is our (alright slightly large) Central Defender, and anybody from any other club trying to give him stick
