Rather then a challenge, isn't that his job?

EXACTLY.

He's been pretty average at best for a long time now, you wonder how patient Bloom will be when you consider his and Barber's clear intentions to ramp up the price of everything, meaning the product will need to be good to keep the majority of "customers" forking out.

I thought Gus was let down by his players on Saturday, today he let the fans down by picking a starting 11 that handed the initiative to Millwall. 2nd year running he's done that. We got out of jail tonight and Gus shoulders the blame for nearly costing us the game byrunning scared in his team selection.

Sorry, my apologies for not being a happy clappy who enjoys paying good money only to be mugged off by the manager yet again.

Who's the Hell's being "happy clappy"? I certainly think we have problems (both on & off the pitch), but it gets my friggin' pip when people like you come on here after a game & scapegoat away, ad f***ing infinitum. Get a grip - or piss off & wank yourself silly to the thought of Barca or RM steam-rollering skint La Liga fodder every goddam week. Or get some sodding PROZEC down yer throat.

Unneccessary.

Poyet failed today with his team selection. We were the home team, and played the most defensive formation i've seen us play in months, if not years. FACT.

He even admitted this in his interviews afterwards. Tonight was incredibly tedious, teams know how to sit deep against our keep ball tactics, which is why most moves ended in us lumping the ball up to CMS or Buckley, who were faced with Danny Shittu to compete with aerially.

Even though you post some very negative stuff, Withdean Wanderer, you do have a valid point on this thread. Millwall will be nowhere near the play-offs come the end of the season; just below mid-table.

We played straight into their hands with the line up and tactics, our attacking was easy to defend against when you have big lumps like Shittu and just cross the ball in.

Withdrawn Wanderer in shock negativity about the club.

You should try being a bit less predictable mate. Have a drink, smoke some weed, get laid.

Might cheer you up then come on NSC and write something positive. We would all like to see it.

Gus is going to have to shape up quickly or ship out. Awful team selection last night. 20,000 supporters knew it when they saw the lin-up. It took Gus 40 mins to figure out.

We are slowly improving year on, year out under Gus. Some people just need to be a bit more patient, it's taking longer than perhaps we hoped.

Got any evidence that Tony Bloom and the board are unhappy with being 8th, half way through the season?

Sorry, my apologies for not being a happy clappy who enjoys paying good money only to be mugged off by the manager yet again.

You are not capable of being either happy or clappy. You crawl out of that little hole after a bad or poor performance. You are incapable of any sort of balanced view or a considered opinion - instead you have become a feeble, tragic little caricature who attempts to post provocative threads in an attempt to gain attention that is so lacking in your personal life.

You would acutally like to hark back to the Withdean days perhaps when before a game you could lie in your bedsit masturbating furiously into one of Michel Kuipers old socks.

What a depressing, tedious little twat you are.
