Absolutely brilliant today!
More of a performance, than a dance.
Bet it took some organising.

Great to see the little ones involved.
The young lass that was looking after them did a sound job.

See you next season for similar performances, where you can hopefully hear the music!

:rave:

Mrs Hut (only her 2nd game this season) said it was a shambles :annoyed:

I thought it was quite good actually

I thought it was worse than usual, they can't even hold up some cards with letters on correctly.

Much better than I've ever seen them before, but then it's a rarity I'm there on time. Yes, entertaining I thought, I find the amateurish-Ness of it all quite charming.

You really are happy go lucky type of chap ain't ya.

Good job again and still gets me how they do it without being able to hear the music

Great as always.

I counted today and out of the 20 gully girls I would say yes to 12. I reckon that ratio would edge towards 75% after a few beers.

Loved it, I think we're lucky to have a group of girls who are prepared to put these routines together for no payment and in all weathers. The kids love them and they attract young blood to the club. They don't do any harm and I quite like the fact that it's not too slick. I know they've come in for quite a bit of stick on here and I think that's a shame. I'd be very disappointed if they didn't appear at the AMEX.

Surely we are going to have better at Falmer

How cruel. I hope these girls get the joy of running out at the Amex as well. They haven't had the most appropriate of facilities either, just like the spectators, officials and players. Everyone deserves the Amex, even Gullys Girls.

Definetly agree with this. Also I think they probably help to keep the girls interested at the sort of age that they may lose intrest in football- say 12 or so.

No more changing into their kit in the car park behind the Sportsman in mid winter, these chicks will now look forward to sharing Gully's executive changing room at the AMEX.
