Grub near Victoria

Doing the sighseeing rounds of Changing The Guard and Tower of London etc on Monday with in laws and need reccomendation from someone for dinner early evening either pub, restaurant or cafe near Victoria/Westminster that is reasonably priced so would be grateful of any views from those that know.

There is a belting Italian place up Victoria Street called Colosseo...It is situated in the row of shops between Artillery Row and Strutton Ground and opposite the little green/park area which is sandwiched between The Albert pub and Scotland Yard. Ironically it is also right next door to a Pizza Express!!

Good call. That's right near my office and been there a few times. Always been good. Other option is Cardinal Place quite a few chain restaurants there Cardinal Place - About Cardinal Place

Google doesnt tell you whether it is any good or plain s..t, posters on here have opinions. As an example if you go to Collosseo the reviews about it are crap but posters on here speak well of it.

Went to a pub a short walk down from Victoria last Saturday short name. Very much into Continental beer, good atmos. Beer a bit pricey though £10.50 for a round of 3. Just can't remember the name but it's CAMRA listed. Food looked handy too.

I would suggeest The Phoinex - Palace St - about 5 mins from Victoria Station. A really good food led pub.

There is a pretty amazing Turkish restaurant near Victoria called Kazan. I can definitely recommend it and not too expensive
