Just read the Times report and it appears the ref (swarbrick) on Saturday was the same ref who sent our Gordon off when playing for Swinny against Charlton in the play-off semi.

Now that is a coincidence.

Talking of the ref, he was fantastic. He didn't book Painter for an iffy challenge having lost the ball in the first half, and he didn't book Sparrow for a revenge foul on someone moments after they tackled Dicker... I thought both would have been justified, but he had a brilliant game.

Sheldrake was definitely not on the list of referee appointments for last weekend. Not sure how far in advance these decisions are made though? So could just be a coincidence he had the weekend off.
