'truculant' must be up there surely?

or even truculent

I love:
desuetude
sesquipedelian (I love the fact that word for long-winded has so many letters)
otiose
plump - which is so warm-sounding

I also like the French word for ironmongers - quincaillerie, which sounds a bit like the rattling of pans
