Only been once, it's ok. Like any chain restaurant trying to be upmarket, it's not what I would call value for money.

The burgers are pretty good though with plenty of choices, for the money you pay though I could think of better places to go but I did enjoy it!

I think they are pretty decent, not as good as Tootsies (refering to Canary Wharf, GBK replaced Tootsies.)

Often get vouchers too, 2 burger and chips for £10 or similar.

I can only comment on the veggie offerings (in the Bristol branches) but they're decent enough. A burger and a fries will fill you up.

Nearly always some sort of offer on, although you're unlucky there doesn't seem to be right now, but I'd bet another will be along in a few days.

I always think the burgers are pretty good and fill you up nicely. I would only go with a 2-for-1 voucher because full price is just a rip off (e.g. you pay an extra £1 for a slice of cheese)

Oh and they do good milkshakes

I've had good onion rings there but also some pretty ropey ones.

Good point on the milkshakes - very tasty and you get a lot. Have one as a dessert.

Gourmet n. connoisseur of table delicacies. A cultural ideal associated with the culinary arts of fine food and drink, or haute cuisine, which is characterised by elaborate preparations and presentations of large meals of small, often quite rich courses.

I'm sorry, but tagging "burger" on the end of that is an oxymoron in itself. I don't care how much lettuce, pickles, cheese with holes in or granery baps it comes with, its still a poxy BURGER, a squashed beef patty in a bun, and therefore can never be described as "gourmet".
Pretencious or what.

burgers are very good, but dont include chips which makes it expensive imo. but you can get a beer with it, so thats good.

f***ing awesome. Tofu burger is the shizzle, milkshakes are well nice. Make sure you've got an empty stomach.

Although whoever said the Basket is right, that place is amazing for lunch and you get to have a chat with classic old men in tweed suits.

Will agree with most in that I wouldn't go without a 2-for-1 deal, as it is very expensive for what you get.

Chorizo burgers well nize and ting though.

and if you're going at lunchtime and don't want anyone to come near you in the afternoon I would highly recommend the Garlic Mayo Burger

Gbk ok

Consistently OK where ever you go - Brighton or any of the London branches - Westfield, Richmond, Earls Court, Canary Wharf, Greenwich have all been taste-tested by my greedy self over the last couple of years.

If you don't want to double the price of the meal, keep to the the basic burger.

If your palate and wallet are more refined and developed, have a Kobe beef burger for a small fortune.

If you are a cheap skate like me who smuggles their own cakes or sandwiches into Cafe Nero or Costa, then make your own burgers at home or hit Wetherspoons for the burger and a beer deal instead.....

Haha, that made me chuckle. Reminded me of Alan Partridge with his own big plate.
