It does sound like a massive potential tool for crime. Not sure how detailed it's going to be it's not just your house, if your car is on the drive are they going leave the number plate visible? Could be car cloners heaven.

It is alreay used by investigations companys but mainly ariel shots like the Local Live Birds Eye options, insurance companys use it to check peoples declarations such as cars garaged.

There are some streets that you just wouldn't want to look at anyway, surely?

I see what you're saying, although I would temper that by adding that the average burglar in Brighton is a bottom-feeding lowlife with a £80 a day smack habit and such a chaotic lifestyle that I doubt they'd have either the means or the brains to sit down, log on to a computer and pre-plan a burglary with such precision.

There are certain criminal types that might do that, but seriously, 99% of burglars are completely impulsive, and will simply break into the first property they come to that looks easy to get into, nicking just enough to pay for their next hit.

Not in that view [wrong time] ... but you can see the layout of John Catt's garden.

does it look like this..........?

What complete and utter bullshit.

How can an insurace company tell if your car is garaged if its parked on the drive OUTSIDE the garage?

Its a one of photo...not real time..
