Our back 4 today was gently mocked on Radio Sussex.

Where are all the cocky posts now about 6th is too low, push for CL?

Substandard squad, found out. 8 months of largely PL sh1t.
We don't currently have a fit back 4 of senior players

Moder is an attacking left mid . . . Marco has school in the morning

I agree the last 5 months have been dissapointing, but hardly a disaster, If RDZ hadn't downed tools himself in Feb things may have been different

Beg to disagree, this is a pile of sh1t.

Engineering statistics, very clever. After 6 games we sustained crucial injuries and entered a weapons grade european competition for the first time on the clubs history . . . . Bigger clubs with bigger history ended up 15/16 as a consequence, and recently.

get a f***ing grip you ponce 🤪 😉

Given 24+ hours to reflect, the initial shock and disappointment, followed by acceptance and understanding, I am now quite excited about the next chapter. If RDZ doesn’t want to work for TB and the club (unless he gets his own way) it makes his position untenable and the kindness course of action is to shake hands and say good bye. Doing this as early as possible is best all round.

I’m not sure if RDZ could have taken us much further. He is too volatile, too quick to blame others, point the finger, whether it be at referees, VAR, the medical staff, a player’s fitness, etc etc.

Yes we’ve had terrible luck with injuries but you just have to get on with it. A new Head Coach will have new ideas. Sadly nearly every EPL head coach had sussed our tactics by the half way point.. even Luton!!

Exciting times ahead and new forms of drama

Our main tactic was drawing and playing the press and feeding Mitoma and March out wide with Estupinian and Hinchelwood in support. The tactic doesn't work so well without any of those players.

And have 2 really good central midfielders , which we did not replace, to actually dictate the match

“I was at the fans forum and RDZ is 100 💯 staying !!!!”

Oh really !!!
What’s changed in 2 weeks then ?

This has been on the cards for months.

“ I love the city and will stay until I’m no longer loved”

???
So who doesn’t love you?

Look at his CV, he doesn’t spend any longer than 5 minutes at a club.

What I don’t get is Why take the job in the first place?

Why employ him?

What has drastically changed in 2 years?

Why have we been lied to about his future?

Tony n Paul

“We are a well run club and live within our means, we won’t spent unnecessary funds, we see ourselves as a top ten club and discover and nurture underdeveloped gems”

Rdz

Oh yes Tony n Paul,we see eye to eye.

The jobs yours.

Though RDZ has a bigger ego than poyet.
Wants to be a champions league club and spend millions in the transfer window!!

Bye bye, the club again has handled it brilliantly. Ship him out, get someone who fits the Brighton model and wants to be here.

Now is the time so the new manager has a full pre season.

I don’t know why RDZ and co bother turning up today.

I’m glad he’s gone.

Surely this is sarcasm trying to be funny? Absolute helmet if not.
