Now our press can "go for the jugular" and rip FIFA's corrupt excuse for an organisation apart

We have ready made excuses for abject failure for the next 20 years.
To hot
To cold
To wet
To dry
Foreign food
Poor hotels

Exactly, no reason not to now.

And for good measure, the next time those leeches, any FIFA representative, all want their free seats at Wembley for a big England match or the Champions League final the FA can just tell them to f**k off.

Send them a letter telling them they're not welcome, leak it to the Sun, and auction the tickets for charity.

We won't have to put up with David Beckhams robotic speeches

Bristol City Council can sack John Hallett of 'Destination Bristol' the well paid council World Cup Tzar, and stop going on like it's them putting a bid in to stage the World Cup single handedly and Bristol Evening Post can now stop referring to opponents of the Sainsburys supermarket plans for the Ashton Gate site as 'World Cup killjoys' .

Septic Bladder will be dead before Russia 2018 and won't get to enjoy all of the other perks promised him by the corrupt Russkies.

Exactly...I would like to see the press do what they seem adept at, that is to say destroy something, if they can nobble FIFA and let us have a governing body that is fit for purpose and free from dubious practice then they will have done the World a favour.

We still got twice as many votes as Australia

Which is shocking as there is no doubt in my mind that the Aussies would put on an absolutely brilliant World Cup, they did it for the Olympics and the rugby...from a fans perspective there couldn't have been a more popular winner.
