Good luck Micky

You couldn't be faulted for wanting the job, and taking the chance to manage The Albion again. Fair play.

It was a game try, maybe, but it's a funny old game and will prove to be so over and over again.

Still, maybe we'll see you again, and with living and learning you can turn your career back around somewhere - knowing that you did it before and did it well..
No hard feelings, and like with Martin Hinshelwood I don't think many can bear malice for giving it a go and for wanting to succeed.

Cheers, I will wish you the best of luck.

Shame it didn't work out, but that's football for you. Still doesn't take away what he did in his first spell as manager, however.

Unfortunate, but he had to leave. Best of luck to him.

Most people wanted things to work out but most of us realise they didn't. However the amount of abuse Adams got from a handful of posters was quite uncalled for and no doubt the same petty individuals will heap similar abuse on whoever takes over in due course.

shame it hasn't worked out but that's football, it was a nice idea while it lasted

Now now, there's no need for rhetoric like that on this well-wishing thread.
Anyway, there wasn't so much "abuse" as you call it, as there was bemoaning poor results and the expected reactions to our league position. All par for the course while punters were vexed at the return on their money.
That's just the way it is - as Rookie just said; "that's football"

Oh excuse me but have you gone blind ? There has been a load of abuse. Well unless telling some one to 'f*** off' is merely friendly banter.

I do feel very sorry for Micky. We all know that he really loved this club and it has been upsetting to watch the on field performances this season. It was only a matter of time for results to dictate Micky's future. Sad but that's football.

Good luck in the future Mickey.
I was thrilled when you came back to the club, and gutted it's all ended so soon and in this way.
Sad day, for sure.

Good luck with the rest of your managing career Micky. You may be faulted by many for failing this time but to me I will remember the loyalty you gave us and support during the whole Falmer campaign, even when you were not manager you still came down for the marches etc so for that I thank you.
