I think Sullivan will be a top class keeper

I agree, and think he is the ideal backup to the mighty FDM... hence no need to sign another keeper... we need to develop Sullivan and keep him interested / involved in the first team squad... he WILL be our no. 1 one day, IMHO...

You cant have a competitive team with Kuipers in goal. We NEED another keeper.

What the fcuk? He was a major part of our 2 league-winning seasons not so long ago, and also contributed when we went up through the play-offs...

Wasn't that between FIVE and SEVEN YEARS ago?

The bloke's hardly reliable. Competition, if not a replacement, much-needed.

Why is he not reliable? When has he let us down when he has been asked to play?

Was he? Only Taylor was he first choice for. Adams chose Cartwright until he got injured, Coppell prefered Roberts, McGhee/Wilkins likewise with Henderson and Flinders, thereby lies a story.

so why does every recent albion manager play or sign someone else.
i lost all repect for kuipers when he failed to help out a younger better keeper when the anti henderson morons were giving shit.
a true professional keeper would have been all over the back page of the argus telling the boo boys where to get off.

and if he is that f***ing good as the deluded fools think

how come as they think he is so good and he has obviously been surplus to albion requirements no f***ing club has been in for him this last 4 years.

last club sniffing round him was taylors hull city before his car crash

You forgot to add that even Hull were not prepared to pay for him they wanted him for nothing.

Wrong!

Kuipers played 34 times in 2000/01.. champions of the now L2
Kuipers played 39 times in 2001/02.. champions of the now L1
Kuipers played 9 plus 1 sub in 2003/04.. L1 play-off winners...

Stick to the facts...

Henderson was a fcuking liability... made mistake after mistake... had a horrible tendancy to push the ball out to onrushing strikers... I celebrated when we finally got rid... nice guy, but useless...

You are right... I don't recall Kuipers standing-up for Hendo... not sure that is a reason to lose faith in him...

I think the reason for little interest from other clubs is concerns over his serious injury, which be sustained making a brave save for our team BTW...

So, when has he let the club down when he has been given the chance to play?

Answer = very, very rarely... one or two games...

thats because every recent manager recognises he is a liability and gets someone else in

But when has he let us down? Answer the question... do you always just think the manager is 100% correct, or are you capable of independant thought?
