[Football] Goalkeeper timeouts

Noticed this is creeping into a lot of games now where goalkeepers feign injury and whilst being treated we are seeing 3-4 min opposition team talks going on with the coach at the side lines. Clearly taking advantage of the goalkeeper not being forced to leave the field of play. Would love this to be stamped out as the time is not added on and allows for tactical briefings and resets during the game which disrupts the flow and momentum.

Any suggestions how could be stopped?

Ban anyone going to the touchline. Immediate red card.
