Invincibles has presumably been registered in the fields of sports merch and events.
That doesn't stop anyone describing the Arsenal 03/04 team as 'the invincibles'.
It does stop Arsenal sticking the word on T-shirts or, say, promoting testimonial matches using the name. Only Jens and friends can do that now.
