noel edmonds used to do a cctv section where he set cameras up in a person's house. They would then surprise the victim live on tv

They set these up in chris evans's house and they allegedly couldnt switch to show him for a long while as he was 'playing billiards' to baywatch instead
I have heard an almost identical story, but it was Carol Smillie enjoying a little me time.

That was great fun. Michael McIntyre is good family entertainment then onto limitless win and I would have won a million quid. Fun night of tv finished with motd.

I watched on catch up. Excellent (compete with a near-tragic injury).

A fitting end to the career of Mark Clattenberg.

I mean, I completely made that story up - but wouldn’t it be great if it were true 😃😘
The only slightly suspicious element was the '15 years ago' bit. Perhaps she liked a toy boy back then, but what would a 15 year old boy be doing at a stag do?

If only… By that logic I’d have been about 9 when I opened by NSC account in about 2002

Didn’t know that. Her Dad, my Dad and my Godfather all played rugby together. When my Godfather ran off with her Mum, Sue, my Dad was livid with him - broke the code of “team” and all that. My Dad banned him from seeing me, so I never met my Godfather until I was 18, by which time Sue had kicked him out. I appreciate that this is incredibly banal. I’ll stop boring the crap out of everyone now…
It would appear your Godfather gave you no respect. Practice what you preach, kids.

The arse end of Hangleton
I'll tell you one thing you're not, Comet - if that's even your real name - and that's Jet.

No Jet - No Stat.
I feel in love with Jet when I had breakfast with her at the Birmingham Hyatt Hotel. Even more beautful in real life.

Huge success, massive ratings, 2nd series already in the bad. I predict this is the first of quite a few rebooted 90s light entertainment shows (obviously without the racism and misogyny that plagued the era), Bullseye already the next off the conveyer belt with Paddy McGuinness hosting.

Well that's Bullseye f***ed. Paddy McGuinness is the kiss of death for any show. He's already taken down Top Gear and Question of Sport. He's got the reverse Midas touch. Bowen will be spinning in his grave.

I've been watching Gladiators, and I think it's a great family show.

Some decent gladiators makes all the difference
