Seen some reports linking us and others with this striker, looks decent to me, however, he is doing it in the Dutch league, where we seemingly purchase players that under perform expectations.

Know nothing about him. Have no problem with signing players from the Dutch league though despite Locadia and Ali J as Veltman is one of the best signings we've ever made and for every Kezman or Van Wolfswinkel type striker signed from there, you can also get a Suarez or Van Nistlerooy.

Despite 26 being an acceptable age for WAG trawling if nothing was forthcoming Old Ma Giakoumakis would have sufficed.

This is the classic 'one good season' striker. Just 3 goals in 48 appearances for AEK Athens up until last year, and the bloke is already 26.
1 goal in 6 matches for Greece is hardly setting the world alight either. You'd think he'd be the replacement for someone like Donyell Malen at PSV.
