It really was a thing of beauty wasn't it?
It made me think though, if the goals had been swapped round so that March's free kick went in on 87 and Locadia had that chance with the last kick of the game, would he have even tried it? I mean would his instinct have been to try and lay it off? And of course, had he tried it and it flew in, he'd have been elevated from underwhelming marmite player in the CMS mould to instant cult hero.
Still, if my granny had balls and all that. I'll just remember it for what it was and hope that he kicks on from here. Hughton has obviously liked what he sees in training from the bloke so we have to have faith that he'll do just that.
