The arse end of Hangleton
Seeing as anti Semitic 'attacks' are up 500%in the last year that is a pretty dangerous question !!
That wasn't the question though but as you've decided to bring it up attacks on Muslim people in the UK have risen over threefold in the last year. Not sure why either of those disgusting figures have any bearing on the question I posed though.

Mr Falter doesn't appears not to be able to cope when contradictory information to his narrative is presented.

This is all a deliberate distraction from the horrors that Israel is inflicting and an attempt to ban protest through influencing who leads the Met Police.

Just spotted this as your original point. I stand by the repost I made to a later exchange.

Parks' actions were taken because she and her ethnic contemporaries were excluded by America law from much of American life (no right to vote, for example) and indeed no right to sit on a seat reserved for white people on a bus.

What right, denied to him by the state because he is a Jew, was Falter protesting about?
Again. I was actually arguing with posters' criticisms of his actions & motivations.
Of course he was doing this to make a public point. Exactly as was Rosa Parks.
Re, conditions in this country for Jews, *please* read abc's post upthread. They put it far better than me

This is fair enough. I agree with most of what you say here apart from the level of anti semitism being anywhere close to the levels seen in nazi Germany at any point or the treatment of Jewish people in this country being anywhere close to that of black people in the US in the 50s.

I apologise if the comment about powerful Jews was insensitive, which is probably was. But it's a statement of fact and again was a comparison to black people in 1950s America who had no power, wealth or voice, my comparison was merely Vs that.

Parks and falter shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence, that to me was laughable, but hey, maybe I'm wrong, I just have an opinion.

I can understand your first point because that is the perception of many given how extreme anti semitism became in Germany and you are right to say that it is nowhere near comparable to Nazi Germany which was roughly from 1933 to 1945. However, prior to this time, anti semitism was apparent but no more than it had been for hundreds of years and no more than in many other countries, including Britain. That of course did not make such racism OK but Hitler and the national socialists weaponised the latent anti semitism and the rest is history. The rise in anti semitism here now (and elsewhere in the world) is in fact very similar to the early thirties pre Hitler and we all have a responsibility to call it out and stop it accelerating. History has taught us that.

You are also correct that the "treatment of Jewish people in this country is not anywhere close to that of black people in the US in the 50s" and thank goodness for that. But that does not make racism of any sort here OK and both Rosa Parks and Falter sought/seek to call racism out. The times are very different of course and the personal risks to Rosa Parks when she made her stand were of course far greater than to Falter at the weekend (not least because the Police Officer, to his credit, was determined to keep him safe). But the parallel is that both suffered discrimination, fear, racism and bigotry and sought to call it out.

You state that "it is a matter of fact"... " that some of the most powerful and rich people in this country and the states are Jewish". This may or may not be true but no more than some are Christian, Muslim, Indian, English, and every other religion and nationality. Why do you single out Jews?

You think running Campaign against Antisemitism makes him "some pathetic internet troll"?
Says more about you than him

Being a board member of an fundraising body accused of funelling money to an organisation that built illegal settlements shows he is far more dangerous than an Internet troll

Him being unsafe because he was visibly Jewish was
We both know that he wasn't unsafe but by his actions and confrontational manner he could have caused an unsafe situation.

You have seen the full 13min video haven't you?

Falter not being able to cross the road, was not an act of racism.

Agree but the abuse he was receiving was. Moreover he is trying to highlight the growing curse of anti semitism in our society. I think he has indeed been ‘disingenuous’ about his ‘just wanting to cross the road’ stance, but it has successfully made the whole country talk about racism and a little disingenuity is hardly comparable to people in masks calling jewish people scum.

How many times in the last 10 hours you have been pumping this same bullshit out on this thread have you been demonstrably proven wrong ?

Here's the video of the organiser calling him out and him refusing to engage

Here's Jewish people who were actually on the March describing how safe they feel

And the full 13 min exchange seems to have taken down (I really wouldn't like to speculate why)

And I'm fascinated to know why over 50% of all Jewish people in Britain choose to live in a City where they are unsafe ? I won't be able to answer immediately as Mrs Wz needs dropping at the synagogue (genuinely ???)

I’d imagine it got worse since Israel killed 33,000 Palestinians in the last 6 months

You really need to see ALL of the available footage. He was not ‘just leaving a synagogue etc’, he was accompanied by a film crew to record every moment of his attempts to antagonise both Palestinian protestors and the police. Most of the mainstream footage shown was supplied by his film crew.

Meanwhile, a longer piece of footage was recorded by Sky News. In this he was noted to have not ‘attempted to cross the road’, but to walk down the centre of the road towards the oncoming protest. The police officers, whilst using slightly clumsy language, were seen to be both helpful and advisory.

Whilst Falter is a known activist who will happily twist the narrative to suit his agenda, he is far from being the only member of the Jewish faith to do this. It is commonplace. I now await the oft repeated accusations of using tropes etc, whilst the reality is that 4,000 year old stereotypes have not lasted this long without foundation.
"whilst the reality is that 4,000 year old stereotypes have not lasted this long without foundation" has been judged to be blatantly antisemitic. A two week ban. Similar comments on your return will result in a permaban.

That's a tiny clip, from a long interview. Edited for numbskulls/racists like you to try a performative 'gotcha' to other numbskulls/racists

As I said, DDN is about as trustworthy on Jews as Der Sturmer

London has become far more openly & dangerously Antisemitic in recent years.
You think Jews should all leave the homes they've lived in all their lives?
Isn't that a bit Ethnic Cleansing-y?..

I was chatting to the guys at the synagogue about it a few months ago and security has been seriously stepped up in the last few months but nothing so far (thank goodness). Interestingly, one of my closest mates at football last week was telling me they have had to increase security at his mosque.

It does make me very angry that lovely, normal, obliging, helpful, considerate people should have to do this because of stupid bigoted c****s (from both sides) like @aolstudios sitting behind their keyboards:shrug:
