how much longer are you mugs going to keep going to shitdean

If you're not an Albion fan why do find the need to come on an Albion based message board and insult those that are fans and will loyally continue to support their team through good and bad.

Is there not a message board for whatever does turn you on that you could post on.

Today was not a good day, but I'm glad I was there.

You miss the point completely. To many people the state of the stadium may be poor but it is irrelevant. They go to support the team, not because they think they deserve to be in better surroundings.

Gillingham was awful too but supporting the team was the crucial thing.

I was glad to be there too, even though I hated what I saw. And I'll be glad to be there again next week - because it's the Albion and one day things will get better as they always have ...for brief periods at least!

Fair enough, if you don't want to do it, you don't have to. You missed the point that, for some, the stadium is completely irrelevant.

Yes it is a shithole and I hate it but, personally, I'll put up with it to watch the Albion. It's better than no Albion at all.

And as for mundane football, that is unfortunately the description of all but a handful of years in the 40 years I have been attending.

Used to travel down to the Goldstone and Gillingham but have only been to the Withdean twice. Anyone remember the days when tickets to withdean were like gold dust
