Failing a thread merge, one way to differentiate between the two similar threads, would be to introduce some fish puns onto the Ferdi Kodiaglu thread.
Annoying for some, but we could then immediately identify which thread we were on.
Fish puns = Kodiaglu
No fish puns = Rutter

There's no issue with him. Hiring him isn't as advanced (or rather, there aren't as many posts about him), so the thread title moving out of view when you scroll isn't an issue. Every time you are on his thread, it is obviously about him.
The issue with Rutter and Kadioglu is that they are roughly equal in the progress (or otherwise) of signing them. Both have many posts about them, and so you need the thread title to be sticky. Otherwise you are forever scrolling up the page to check which thread you are on. There may be a fix in the settings to address this.

It is simple. If it is stories about bullying teachers then you are reading about Rutter. Anything else, it is probably Kajagoogoo.
