I absolutely loved his music, Listen without prejudice is one of my favourite albums, really shocked. Gutted. Bowie, Prince and Michael in one year ffs RIP

I know he had his "troubles " and yes, started with Wham but by heck, could he write some hauntingly beautiful and meaningful songs, Praying for Time and Jesus to a Child among many. Very sad that he is dead at 53.
