cats are fantastic models ... bright sunshine can be a photographers worst enemy.I have been having trouble with dynamic range and whites, I went out and practiced in the garden with the family pets. Very bright day in my shady garden.

I get slow worms in my garden, they love all the cover and there are still a few sunny spots. They really are wonderful creatures, but the most I have ever seen at once is two. 11 is incredible!

I wonder if it is something to do with how I am exporting them from Lightroom?
Total newby question but which one is the noisiest? So I can figure out what I am doing wrong.
Thank you, The shutter speed was fast because the bloody thing was hopping about a lot and I am not that confident with a quick change.I’d try to keep it to ISO 800 max on that camera.
No need for such a fast shutter speed on an (almost) static animal.
